With a career that started out in management accounting and FP&A within the media industry, I suppose it was a natural progression that I'd want to become involved in improving the tools for the job! Now with 15+ years' experience designing, re-engineering and implementing systems and processes across a range of business areas, I also find myself able to do that for multiple clients.
Initially specializing in Oracle EPM, I have broadened skillsets over the years and am now comfortable with most enterprise level EPM/BI tools, most recently re-engineering Tax reporting capabilities for a major US multinational utilizing Azure DW and PowerBI capabilities.

I am a certified Oracle EPM Solution expert, with 17+ years' of consulting experience in the design, implementation and delivery of Oracle EPM (Enteprise Performance Management) solutions, both on Cloud (Consolidation, Planning, Tax, Narrative) and on-Prem (HFM, Planning, Essbase, FDMEE).
In-depth knowledge of Group Consolidation, Management / Statutory Reporting and Budgeting & Forecasting processes.
I have held various Group Finance roles for multinational manufacturing organizations, before undertaking senior roles in Consulting for Oracle Corporation and for various specialist consulting firms in the UK, working for enterprise customers.

Hopefully for exactly the same reason we set up the company! Growing increasingly frustrated with being part of large organisations, where the customer experience and our ability to expedite change has been eroded over the years, we knew we wanted to give potential clients the boutique approach we ourselves would look for in partners. Keen to maintain a technology agnostic approach, in the first instance we would look to improve on our customers existing processes, utilising their existing tools. But where we believe another approach or capability is needed, we would seek to collaborate to achieve improvements. In essence we see our place as facilators!
